KikiLashes – We’re Hiring coming join our Professional Salon

Come to join our growing, friendly team – we are looking for experienced eyelash artists to join our growing team with four locations to choose from – Balgowlah, Cremorne (Neutral Bay), Willoughby (Chatswood), or Crows Nest.

KikiLashes is Sydney’s Premium Eyelash Extension specialists with 5-star reviews and high-quality service. Our latest salon is based in Balgowlah near Manly.

Eyelash extensions are our passion – and we are currently looking for talented beautician and eyelash extension technicians to join us.

KikiLashes offers just a few services that we do very, very well – eyelash extensions, eyelash perming and tinting, eyebrow tinting waxing and shaping, eyebrow extensions, and body waxing.

For the right applicant, we are offering above award wages as well as performance bonuses, and ongoing training and development. We offer flexible hours from 16 – 38 hours per week depending on your availability.

We are a friendly and flexible place to work, in a beautiful area of Sydney, such as Balgowlah, Willoughby, Crows Nest, and Cremorne – an easy commute with lots of public transport links. We are very supportive and will help you to progress and development, as well as enjoying the social aspects of our work. We like to share knowledge and skills with one another so everyone continues to improve. Unlike most city-centre based salons are do not rely on high volume, high-pressure service – we much prefer to take our time and build a relationship with our customers.

Essential skills and characteristics;

• Experienced eyelash technician\beautician.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience applying eyelash extensions. Applicants with Volume/Russian technique experience will be highly regarded.
• Good English and communication skills – this is a very customer service-focused role, so it is essential that you are able to communicate with your clients well without assistance.
• Great customer service skills and a friendly, cheerful attitude.
• Ability to build a client base by building rapport and rebooking.
• Good all-round common sense and a sense of humour.
• Supportive and encouraging to colleagues.
• Applicants holding beauty qualifications will be highly regarded, as will those who also have experience or training in Volume Lash application.
