CANCELLATION and No Show Policy
Once the treatment is completed we do not give refunds for change of mind or for any circumstances.
At Kiki Lashes, we provide thorough consultations to ensure you are confident in your lash style before we begin. During your consultation, we:

✔️ Review reference photos
✔️ Show you sample lengths and styles
Once you have confirmed and approved your lash style, we do not offer complimentary restyling if you later change your mind or present a completely different reference photo.
If you wish to have your lashes removed and redone, a new appointment will be required, and the service must be paid in full. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and artists while maintaining the highest quality of service.

When booking online, we will send you a consultation/release form if you are new to Kiki Lashes. Kindly fill out the form PRIOR to your appointment. The form will not only release the Kiki Lashes studio for any liabilities in regards to the result of the service but it will also cover questions regarding your needs and concerns so we can offer you the best service and results.
When booking with Kiki Lashes we reserve the right to charge a 30% deposit to secure your spot. If the payment has not been made, we automatically charge your card on record or if there isn’t a card on your profile we will attempt for a deposit to be paid, if we do not reserve the payment the appointment will be cancelled to make time for other clients.
There is a 48 hour cancellation notice, if we are notified within the 48 hours notice we reserve the right to charge you 30% deposit to cover the loss of earnings. If a deposit wasn’t paid you will be notified to pay the 30% cancellation fee in order to cover the loss of earnings and time.
If you cancel before 48 hours we do not refund your deposit, it is kept as a credit for you to use at your next appointment. We do not refund your deposit in any circumstances. It is your responsibility looking after your eyebrows and lashes after each service. Following the artist after care advice makes 80% for successful results.
Late arrival over 15 minutes means you may have to be rescheduled as it can interfere with the following client’s appointment time, we will request a new deposit to be paid to cover for the time we lost.
For new client. Once you have arrived at your appointment you must sign a release form or we send you a form to complete before arriving to your appointment. We ask medical questions in order for nothing to interfere with the treatment. Please note Kiki Lashes takes very seriously your privacy and your answers are highly confidential. The form is designed to give information needed to make an informed choice of whether or not to undergo the brow or lash service and so we can find an alternative to your services. Ticking the boxes in the release form makes it your responsibility if in case anything interferes during or after the service. We welcome all clients. Please respect and accept our decision as we want all our clients to feel comfortable at Kiki Lashes.

For cosmetic tattoo services you have the option of a CONSULTATION before the procedure, it will included a patch test and colour match. We highly recommend it as can build up your confidence and make you feel more comfortable as explain step by step of the treatment and after care. Please note we do repeat the after care on the day of your treatment. Post-treatment care makes 70% of total treatment success. If you do not go ahead with the consultation you make it automatically you responsibly on making that choice and not having all the steps explained to you. If you decided not to go ahead with the consultation we request a picture filter free, with no makeup on the area, un-cropped to allow us to zoom in if necessary and natural light. Please bring with you 2 pictures of eyebrows you like and 2 pictures of eyebrows you hate. You can find pictures on Google.
We take a 30% deposit which is non refundable if you change your mind or cancel your appointment under any circumstances in order to cover the loss of earnings and time. Once the treatment is completed we do not give refunds for change of mind or if you decide to not go ahead with the first touch-up under any circumstances .

Achieving beautiful, long-lasting results requires careful attention to detail, and we ask for your understanding as we ensure every lash is applied properly. Online bookings
Booking online with no extra fees. 30% deposit will be charged. We have the right to hold on to the deposit if you do not show up to your appointment or cancel/change your appointment less than 48 hours under any circumstances (please read the above). If you decide to make a new appointment you will need to pay a new deposit.
If you cancel before 48 hours we do not refund your deposit, it is kept as a credit for you to use at your next appointment.

Gift voucher
Gift vouchers are available. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. If voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances. Vouchers are not to be combined with other other vouchers and is not valid with other offers and promos. This gift certificate is non-transferable and resale is prohibited. Vouchers are available for 3 years, unless business changes form.
Deposits on all other services
We do take a 30% deposit. We will convert the deposit into a voucher to be deducted at your appointment. There is a 48 hour cancellation notice, if we are noticed within the 48 hours and you cancel your appointment under any circumstances we do not refund your deposit, to cover the loss of earnings and time. Refunds for all other services
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or under any circumstances . Before the service we explain step by step of the service in order for you to feel comfortable and to understand the procedure. We do not offer a refund if incase you have not understood the process and didn’t feel comfortable. At your first appointment, before a brow service we also brow map in order for you to have an idea of what your brows will look like and you are free to give us your feedback and tell us what you prefer and not prefer. Once you have confirmed the shape, colour and lash menu we do not offer a refund if you change your mind or do not like the shape.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse Policy
At Kiki Lashes, we are committed to maintaining a respectful and positive environment for both our staff and clients. We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying, yelling, or any form of aggressive behaviour.
If such behaviour occurs, you will be respectfully asked to leave the salon immediately. Please note that deposits are non-refundable in these cases, and we reserve the right to call the police if you refuse to comply. We value a safe, supportive atmosphere and expect mutual respect at all times.
